Volkswagen India is riding the wave of heavy discounts to clear up the piled-up inventory of MY2024 manufactured cars. In line with this, the German carmaker has increased the offers on the Taigun, Virtus and Tiguan this month. In addition to this, you can also avail benefits on the fresh MY2025 stock. On buying the MY2024 Virtus, you can save up to Rs. 1.7 lakh. This is a higher offer as compared to the previous month’s Rs. 1.5 lakh discount. Valid for both 1.0 and 1.5-litre versions, this discount depends on the stock availability. On the latest MY2025 stock, you can save up to Rs. 80,000.
The Taigun is also up for grabs with heavy discounts of up to Rs. 2.2 lakh on the MY2024 inventory. This offer is also valid for both regular and GT variants. The fresh stock gets discounts of up to Rs. 80,000, for most variants.
The Tiguan will be phased out later this and the Tayron 7-seater SUV will replace it. The unsold MY2024 stock of the Tiguan can be had with benefits of up to Rs. 4.2 lakh, including a straight-up cash discount.

With no changes to the package, you will end up saving a good chunk of money on buying the previous year’s stock. All modern cars are covered under the company warranty and in case of any issue, you won’t face any problems. So, there’s no harm in buying the MY2024 stock but due diligence while doing PDI is a must.
