The Virtus is currently the best-selling sedan in its segment. Volkswagen is offering discounts in the range of ₹60,000 to ₹1.2 lakh with the 1.0 L variants of the MY24 stock. The 1.5 GT variants can be had with offers of up to ₹75,000, depending on the stock availability. The Virtus goes up against the Hyundai Verna, Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, Honda City and Skoda Slavia in the segment.

The flagship Tiguan is available with a straight-up discount of ₹1.70 lakh for the MY23 unsold stock. On the MY24 stock, the benefits extend up to ₹1.95 lakh.

Volkswagen Virtus Taigun Discounts: Why?

While Volkswagen has been offering discounts on its cars for a long time, the new offers are a way to cope with the market slowdown. We can expect better offers in the coming months and around the end of the year 2024. These offers will help the German carmaker continue its sales momentum as no new products are planned.
