The global warranty program by Royal Enfield covers over 70 countries worldwide including India; Backed by over 3000 Royal Enfield authorised service touch points.

Royal Enfield, the Indian bike manufacturer has introduced a unique worldwide warranty scheme. Dubbed the ‘Borderless Warranty Program’, Royal Enfield will provide warranty support worldwide for its motorcycles. Spanning more than 2500 cities spread across over 70 countries, this worldwide warranty program is applicable for all the new Royal Enfield bikes purchased globally along with the existing ones covered under warranty.

Royal Enfield Borderless Warranty Program: International Reach, Service Touch Points & Coverage

As per the company, this new warranty program will apply to all the current Royal Enfield bikes currently under warranty as well as the new motorcycles purchased by customers from any part of the world. The warranty is supported by the brand’s widespread service network with over 3000 authorised service touchpoints, spanning over 2605 cities in 70+ countries, including India. This warranty program aims to provide Royal Enfield riders with peace of mind while travelling cross country.

Royal Enfield Borderless Warranty Program: Coverage

Royal Enfield provides a 3-year and unlimited kilometres warranty with its motorcycles. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects as well as any faults in the workmanship. The warranty is activated from the retail invoice date and it can’t be stopped or interrupted in between.

Any kind of damage by use or wear and tear is not covered under warranty. If a motorcycle has been serviced outside the authorised service centre, the warranty claimed can be rejected. In addition to this, privately imported motorcycles are also not covered under this warranty.
