New Maruti Nexa Studio Showrooms: New Concept & Target Cities

Maruti Suzuki Nexa Studio showrooms will be targeted at smaller cities and towns with relatively lower demand. Tier 1 and tier 2 cities will be considered for this new dealership extension program.

These new Nexa Studio outlets will be compact versions of the full-fledged Nexa showrooms in tier 1 cities. This will help the brand get more visibility in the smaller towns, thereby benefiting the sales.

While we don’t have the exact details in hand, it can be believed that these Nexa studio showrooms will have a lesser area requirement. Sales, Service and Spare facilities will be offered at these new Studio outlets along with a dedicated delivery area. The display area will have 2 cars.

New Maruti Nexa Studio Showrooms: Future Targets & Phase 1

As per the brand, 32% of the total Nexa sales come from tier 2 and tier 3 cities. These sales are currently fed by the Nexa dealerships in the tier 1 cities. As a part of the extension plan, the company wants to have 100 Nexa Studio outlets by the end of this financial year. In Phase 1, a total of 30 cities will see these new Studio showrooms.

This will help the brand reduce the workload in the current Nexa showrooms, particularly in the service department. The overall experience will match the existing Nexa showrooms. In addition to this, these Nexa showrooms will work independently and not as an extension of any Arena showroom in the city.
