Mahindra & Mahindra has introduced for a special edition model for the first time and it is for the XUV700. Dubbed the Blaze Edition, the four-wheeler gets multiple cosmetic tweaks, both for the exterior design as well as the interiors. The XUV700 Blaze Edition is limited to just 2500 units . While the prices of the XUV700 Blaze Edition have not been revealed officially, as per the media reports, it will start from Rs. 24.24 lakh (ex-showroom). Mahindra XUV700 Blaze Edition Launched: Styling Enhancements
The XUV700 Blaze Edition will be get a new exclusive dual-tone ‘Matte Blaze Red’ paint scheme paired with a Napoli Black roof. Furthermore, the alloy wheels, ORVMs and front grille will get a blacked-out treatment in order to lend the SUV a distinctive appeal. We can also spot the blacked-out B, C and D-pillar which helps to accentuate the overall stance of the XUV700.
Inside the cabin, the Mahindra XUV700 Blaze Edition will feature an all-black cabin layout with red highlights on certain elements. The dashboard along with the seat upholstery as well as the door trims are finished in black. The contrasting red highlights are present on the AC vents and centre console along with red stitching on the seat upholstery. This Blaze Edition can be a good opportunity for customers who have concerns regarding the light-coloured interiors of the XUV700, particularly due to maintenance hassles.
On the powertrain front, the XUV700 will continue to be powered by the familiar 2.0-litre mStallion turbo-petrol and 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engines, paired with the option of a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. It is important to note that the Blaze Edition is only availble in the Petrol AT and Diesel MT/AT powertarin combinations.
