After making its international debut last month, fresh pictures of the sporty Kia EV3 GT-Line version have surfaced from Korea, highlighting the new exclusive paint scheme and sporty styling.
Kia debuted the EV3 globally last month and it will be first introduced in the Korean market in July, followed by the European market in the second half of 2024. For the US market, production will commence by the end of 2025 and it’s safe to say that the Kia’s most affordable EV is still a good time away. Ahead of its launch in Korea, the sporty GT-Line version of the Kia EV3 has been spotted in full flesh and it is wearing a new red colour. As per the reports, this new colour is reserved for overseas markets and it will be interesting to see if it will make its way to the US.

Kia EV3 GT-Line Spotted: The New Details
The spotted pre-production prototype is the sporty-looking GT-Line version and not the full-blown GT Performance version. The Kia EV3 GT-Line gets several styling enhancements and feature inclusions over the regular model. The last time the EV3 was spotted in the flesh, it was in Black paint scheme, hiding the contrast design elements. In this orangish colour, the piano black cladding all around, all-black elements in the front bumper and the unique GT-Line specific aero-efficient alloy wheels are visible in full glory.

Once launched, the EV3 is destined to be Kia’s most affordable all-electric model in the US market and it will sit below the EV6 in the brand’s line-up. Local production at Kia’s Mexican factory is on the cards and this will ensure an aggressive pricing for the EV which is expected to be around $30,000. The standard range version of the EV3 will come with a 58.3 kWh battery pack while the long-range version will come fitted with a larger 81.4 kWh battery pack.
