Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has garnered over 75,000 bookings of the Creta Facelift within a short span of 45 days. This speaks loads about the sheer popularity of the Creta nameplate. With the higher booking count, the waiting period is bound to go up and we have some fresh news coming in. The waiting period for the Hyundai Creta has now increased to 6 months. This number may seem very reasonable considering the competition (Mahindra) but it still is on the higher side.
The diesel automatic commands the highest waiting period followed by the diesel manual variants. On the other hand, the waiting period of the petrol trims is about 2 months and you can add a few extra weeks for the turbo-petrol variant. However, it is important to note that these figures are just indicative and can vary depending on the colour choice and variant.

The buyers of the Hyundai Creta are more inclined towards petrol and diesel contributes to about 43% of the total bookings. The top and mid-spec variants have the highest demand and only 10% of the buyers are choosing the base trims. That’s quite interesting and reflects that features are the top priority of most buyers. Why not? you are going to keep the car for a long period and these things become an absolute must.
