The manual transmission variants of the Honda Elevate are safe from this price hike.

Honda Elevate & City Price Hike January 2025: Was it Necessary?

At a time when Honda is struggling with low sales, the price hike could come across as a rather hard choice. The City is selling under 1000 units and with the price increment, the value-for-money tag seems to be slipping away. On the other hand, we have the example of Hyundai introducing automatic transmission option with the lower-spec S variant of the Verna to make it more affordable. Nonetheless, this price hike could put away a section of buyers who are on the fence of buying a Honda model.
