The 2025 iteration of the Genesis GV80 Coupe comes at a starting price of $81,300; Rivals the likes of industry stalwarts including the BMW X6 and Audi Q8.
The coupe-SUV segment now has a new contender in the form of the 2025 Genesis GV80 Coupe which will go on sale this summer. At a starting price of $81,300, the coupe-SUV costs $22,250 more expensive than the regular 2025 GV80 that went on sale this spring. Comparing the price to its rivals, the GV80 Coupe also costs more than the BMW X6 by $5,650 and costs $6,405 more than the Audi Q8. However, the Mercedes-Benz GLE-Class Coupe will demand more from your pocket but what you get is the AMG version.

2025 Genesis GV80 Coupe: Powertrain
Genesis has to justify the extra price of the GV80 Coupe and hence, it uses the 3.5-litre V-6 twin-turbocharged gasoline engine as standard. This engine is capable of pumping out 375 bhp and 391 pound-feet of torque. On the other hand, the standard SUV GV80 uses a less powerful 2.5 litre four-cylinder 300 bhp motor.
If you are willing to spend more, the GV80 Coupe also comes with the option of a 3.5-litre twin-turbo V6 paired to a mild-hybrid system, essentially an e-supercharger which takes the power output to 409 bhp and 405 pound-feet of peak torque. This top-of-the-line spec of the coupe SUV comes loaded with some extra bells and whistles such as 22-inch wheels, quad-exhaust tips, carbon fibre cabin trims and alloy pedals. These extra and powerful motor adds $5,800 to the base price, taking it up to $87,100.

The Genesis GV80 Coupe comes with a host of standard features like an all-wheel-drive system, active suspension with adjustable dampers, electronically limited slip-differential and 20-inch wheels in the mechanical department. On the tech front, matrix LED headlamps, a panoramic sunroof, a large 27-inch display doubling up for an infotainment system and digital instrument cluster, a surround-view camera, a head-up display, heated and cooled second-row seats with power adjustment and a premium sound system from Bang & Olufsen amongst others.
