2024 Kia Seltos Updated: Affordable Automatic, New Features & Colours

Kia has updated the Seltos for the year 2024; Automatic gearbox now more affordable; Base HTE trim gets new colours and multiple new features for the HTK trim.

Kia India has surprised us by introducing several updates for the Seltos SUV. The long list of changes to the Seltos variant line-up includes two new affordable automatic trims, new features for the HTK and HTK+ variants and the base HTE trims are now available with multiple new colours. 2024 Kia Seltos Updated- All Details below….

2024 Kia Seltos Updated: Affordable Automatic Variants

Earlier, the automatic range of the Seltos started from the higher HTX trims which pushed the starting price way too high. Now, the mid-spec HTK+ trim gets the option of an automatic gearbox, for both diesel and petrol engine options. By doing this, the starting price of automatic Kia Setlos has come down by over Rs. 1 lakh.

Kia Seltos 1.5 CRDi Diesel Torque Converter HTK+ Rs. 16.90 Lakh (ex-showroom)

2024 Kia Seltos Updated: New Features for HTK and HTK+ Variants

As per the company, the HTK+ is the most popular variant in the entire line-up and updating it with new features became an absolute must.

New Features for HTK+ Variant

  • Panoramic Sunroof
  • Drive and Traction Modes
  • Paddle Shifter (Automatic)
  • LED-connected tail lamp
  • Leather-wrapped steering wheel
  • LED reading lamp (Interiors)

New Features for HTX, HTX+, GT Line & X-Line Variants– Auto up/down function for all four power windows

New Features for HTK Variants– LED DRLs, Keyless entry, push-button start/stop and connected LED tail lamps.

2024 Kia Seltos: New Colours for the Base HTE Variant

The base-HTE variant is quite value for money and it is the top choice of budget buyers. Earlier, the HTE variant was only offered in two colour options i.e. Silver and White. Now, Kia has offered 5 new colours for the base trim which include, Aurora Black Pearl, Gravity Grey, Intense Red, Pewter Olive and Imperial Blue. In addition to this, the HTK+ trim also gets the Aurora Black Pearl paint scheme which was earlier only available in the top-spec trims.
